Compliance Analyst
Basic Function
The Compliance Officer ensures that all operations comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring financial transactions, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with relevant laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Essential Functions
This role is responsible for managing risk and compliance across Operational and Process Controls, Service Delivery, Fraud Risk Assessment, Client Contracts, and Organizational Policies and Procedures.
Support and guide operations during internal and external audits.
Serve as an independent reviewer to ensure compliance issues are evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
Identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks; develop and implement corrective action plans, and provide guidance to prevent recurrence.
Prepare regular reports to keep senior management informed about compliance progress and operational updates.
Train and educate employees on compliance guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
1–3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or equivalent, with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience in risk management.
B2/C1 English Level
