Logistics Analyst (Track and Trace)
The Brokerage Dispatch Support role is responsible for providing after-hours customer service. During the after-hours shift, this position oversees the daily freight management of all assigned accounts within the group and supports the Supply Chain Leaders and/or Account Managers in maintaining strong customer scorecard performance.
Type of work: On site
Schedule: 5 days a week - rotating shift - may include night shifts or weekends.

Primary Job Duties:
Use tools such as the TMS, rating systems, optimization platforms, and other resources as needed to create effective logistics solutions.
Coordinate, track, and follow up on assigned customer loads to ensure all requirements are met, including on-time pickups and deliveries.
Maintain clear communication with Account Managers, customers (as necessary), and shippers to provide load status updates.
Keep the TMS accurate and up to date in all areas (operational, rating, etc.) to provide timely visibility and ensure loads are ready from an accounting standpoint.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers through effective communication, meeting commitments, and conducting monthly feedback meetings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports in line with client requirements.
Provide “spot” rate quotes upon customer request and arrange expedited transportation when needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook, ensuring full understanding of its content.
Perform additional after-hours duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience using a Transportation Management System.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Business-level English required.
