Leading international sports organization seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to drive fan engagement and connectivity across global audiences through strategic multi-channel campaigns.
Managed end-to-end CRM lifecycle across email, SMS, and push channels, leveraging data insights and fan behavior analytics to develop targeted campaigns that increased audience growth and engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
Designed and executed personalized, large-scale CRM campaigns utilizing predictive modeling and machine learning to optimize fan engagement and conversion rates
Owned complete campaign lifecycle including audience segmentation, QA processes, dynamic content development, and deployment across multiple channels
Conducted A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve engagement rates, conversion metrics, and fan lifetime value
Optimized automated lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, reactivation) through data-driven analytics and marketing automation
Collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing, Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product, and Digital Media teams to deliver high-impact fan engagement initiatives
Translated campaign insights into actionable strategies for templates, messaging, and overall fan engagement approaches
