Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage full‑cycle accounting in QuickBooks. This role handles Payroll, AP, AR, Sales Tax Filing, and Annual Corporate Certificate submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records in QuickBooks
Process AP: vendor bills, payments, vendor reconciliations
Process AR: invoicing, payment posting, aging follow‑ups
Run weekly/bi‑weekly payroll and maintain employee records
File monthly/quarterly sales tax returns
Prepare and file annual corporate reports/certificates
Reconcile bank/credit card accounts and assist with month‑end tasks
Prepare basic financial reports for management
Qualifications
3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks proficiency
Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and sales tax filings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday
