Global Tax Lead

The Role:

As Global Tax Lead, you will own U.S. tax compliance and planning while overseeing global tax considerations across the organization. This role is responsible for partnership tax structures, allocations, and compliance, while supporting M&A activity, audit management, and cash tax forecasting. You will operate as a strategic tax leader with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all U.S. tax compliance, planning, and partner allocations

• Oversee partnership tax structure, K-1s, and tax provisions

• Support M&A structuring and tax strategy

• Manage audits/notices and cash tax forecasting
  Ensure tax compliance from a multi-national level

• Profile: 6-8 yrs, strong tax experience, global tax experience preferred
