The Role:

As Audit Lead, you will own audit execution and internal control oversight across the organization. This role is responsible for managing external auditor relationships, preparing audited financial statements, and continuously strengthening internal controls and audit readiness in a dynamic, multi‑entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own audit process and relationship with external auditors

• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and audit support

• Drive audit readiness and strengthen internal controls

• Profile: 6-8+ yrs, Big 4 or similar, strong GAAP + audit experience
