M&A Lead (Corporate Development/Integration)

The Role:

As M&A Lead, you will own the full deal lifecycle from evaluation through integration. This role blends corporate development, financial modeling, diligence, and post‑close execution. You will ensure acquisitions are strategically sound, seamlessly integrated, and deliver expected EBITDA and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own deal lifecycle: evaluation, modeling, diligence, and execution

  • Lead post-close integration (financial + operational alignment into SAP/reporting)

  • Track performance vs underwriting and ensure EBITDA delivery

  • Profile: 6-8 yrs, strong modeling + accounting understanding
