Support long-term planning surrounding entity formation, ownership changes, and wealth preservation initiatives.
Serve as the internal liaison between attorneys, accountants, tax advisors, and business stakeholders.
Review tax analyses and recommendations prepared by outside advisors and challenge assumptions when appropriate.
Identify planning opportunities related to real estate investments, operating businesses, and other investment assets.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate potential impacts on ownership structures and investment strategies.
Assist senior leadership in making informed decisions regarding asset dispositions and transaction timing from a tax perspective.
