Sales Development Representative
Our client is seeking a driven SDR to generate qualified leads through outbound outreach and support growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow outbound sales efforts and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a key role in building pipeline through multi-channel outreach and strategic prospecting.
You will work closely with Account Executives and leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
Conduct outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
Identify and engage decision-makers across target accounts
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Build and manage outreach sequences using CRM and sales tools
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Collaborate with Account Executives by providing context on prospect needs and opportunities
Meet weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
Experience in SDR, business development, or outbound sales roles
Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with CRM and outbound automation tools is a plus
Advanced English level required
Nice to Have
Experience selling into operational or real estate-related industries
Exposure to AI or automation products
Experience with tools such as Attio, Clay, Instantly, or similar platforms
