Our client is a well-established real estate development firm focused on residential and mixed-use projects throughout South Florida. With an active pipeline of projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and surrounding markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects from inception through completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple development projects through the full lifecycle.

• Leading pre-development activities, including feasibility studies, entitlements, and design coordination.

• Overseeing architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors.

• Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.

• Managing GC procurement, bid processes, and contract negotiations.

• Reviewing pay applications, change orders, and monthly cost reports.

• Monitoring construction progress, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Identifying and mitigating project risks.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance, leasing, and asset management teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or residential real estate development projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• Solid financial management and cost-control experience.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency with project management and construction management software is a plus.
