We're looking for a Database Coordinator to own and optimize the data infrastructure that powers our marketing, sales, and client engagement efforts.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimize databases and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Apollo)

• Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and strategic segmentation

• Build high-quality prospect lists for sales and marketing

• Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

• Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM

• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience building and managing high-value databases

• Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot & Apollo)

• Expertise in data hygiene and email deliverability

• Exceptional attention to detail

• A proactive mindset and passion for data quality
