What you'll do:

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads

• Create and optimize automated email sequences using segmentation and A/B testing

• Manage lead generation campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and virtual events

• Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and SMS

• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using HubSpot and Apollo

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results based on data

• Report key performance metrics and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations

• Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Apollo

• Experience with email automation, lead nurturing, and CRM management

• Excellent written communication and outreach skills

• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities

• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
