POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Director is a senior client-facing role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing the delivery of corporate services, and ensuring high standards of compliance, governance, and client service.
The role combines technical corporate services expertise with senior client relationship management and team leadership, working across the UK offices in London and Warwick.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into Corpag.
Handle escalations and complex client matters with sound judgement.
Corporate Services Delivery
Oversee the administration of corporate entities, including company formation, statutory filings, corporate governance, and entity management.
Ensure compliance with UK and relevant international regulations.
Review and approve key corporate documentation, resolutions, and filings prepared by the team.
Ensure client work is delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC obligations.
Stay current on relevant company law, regulatory developments, and industry practices affecting UK entities and cross-border structures.
Business Development
Support new business development, including client pitches, proposals, and networking activities.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Represent Corpag at industry events and develop a professional network within the corporate services sector.
Team Leadership & Management
Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day management to Corporate Services staff across London and Warwick.
Allocate work effectively across the team, balancing client requirements with team capacity.
Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Foster collaboration across both UK offices.
Risk & Compliance
Ensure client files and structures comply with internal policies, UK regulatory requirements, and applicable international standards.
Identify and escalate risk issues appropriately, working closely with Compliance and Legal.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and audit requirements.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
8-10 years of relevant experience within the corporate services industry, including company formation, corporate administration, trust/fiduciary services, or related areas.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term client relationships.
Experience managing or mentoring a team.
Legal background required, through a law degree and/or relevant legal qualification.
Experience as a qualified lawyer, paralegal, or corporate legal professional is highly valued.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to UK and international structures.
SKILLS
Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to work with clients at a senior level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex corporate and legal matters clearly.
Experience managing teams, workloads, and priorities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency with corporate administration systems and standard office software.
Fluent English, written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.

Willingness and ability to work across both the London and Warwick offices as required.
