Develop and maintain fundraising materials, including private placement memoranda, pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and data room content.
Manage the LP due diligence process end-to-end, coordinating responses across investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports, capital account statements, and portfolio performance updates in partnership with finance and portfolio teams.
Build and maintain a CRM-based system for tracking LP relationships, fundraising pipeline, and investor communications.
Represent the firm at investor conferences, annual meetings, and one-on-one LP meetings.
Monitor institutional investor trends, competitive fund positioning, and market conditions to inform fundraising strategy.
Partner with finance and compliance leadership on regulatory matters related to fundraising and investor communications.
Mentor and, over time, build out a small investor relations team as the firm scales.

Existing relationships with institutional LPs, including endowments, foundations, insurance companies, pensions, and family offices, strongly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing sophisticated investor-facing materials.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
